In the meantime....

Just want you to know that I've posted several things here in the past two days. For sure don't miss the Russian Journal Part Nine, about Kizhi Island. There will be more on that soon, but Friday I have to make a trip into Anchorage.

In the meantime....

I was driving back home this evening after picking up highway litter for a couple hours, and a tumbled, jumbled sky began to show signs of lightening. I'm showing you these photos because I liked the way they turned out.










It really wasn't this dark. The camera just thought it was, because I was messing with it and trying to capture the colors in the sky.

    I hope your trip to Anchorage is a good one. Messing with your camera sure paid off. The tumbled, jumbled sky is a sight to behold.

    Came here from Shaddy's blog and glad I did! These pictures are beautiful! Reminds of the Northern Lights. Have a great time in Anchorage! I have always wanted to visit Alaska. I found out there is an Alaska here in Michigan. Maybe I will start there first :)
